Amazing, Israel made sterling silver Roman Glass, Blue Topaz Pin/Brooch/Pendant!

This is a WILD piece and I absolutely adore it. According to my research, this brooch/pin/pendant combo was made in Israel. The center portion is apparently roman glass set in resin? I cannot confirm that, but the colors are beautiful whatever it is. I can confirm that there is a 5mm faceted round cut blue topaz in a bezel setting. This pendant/brooch/pin combo is stamped with the maker and 925 on the back of the swirl. The entire piece measures around 2.25 long and 1.75 wide.
