Sizes vary from large, medium, and small.
As they are natural products,
we strive to ship them in a clean condition with the roots trimmed.
Although we clean them,
soil may still be present.
Please understand.
Hotei bamboo is also known as Kosanchiku and is a rare bamboo shoot that is rarely found in the market.
Compared to Moso bamboo,
it has very little bitterness, astringency, or acridity.
We enjoy it in our home in miso soup, simmered dishes, tempura, stir-fries, and more.
